Who am I?
Other than being an average human being, I am an activist, student and far too ambitious for my own good. I enjoy good company, good literature and good music.
I dedicate much of my time to sustainability and to the future. Climate change is a big part of this. These are essential issues of justice and human rights and I pursue them in a pragmatic way - if with a touch of idealism.
I facilitate the ‘Environmental Action Group’ at my school, attempting to enthuse kids about saving the planet; co-founded Green Vision, a group actually trying to save our little corner of the planet; and am a member of the Department for Energy and Climate Change’s Youth Advisory Panel, trying to incline the people that have the power to save the planet to do so. In April I was accepted to become a member of the UK Youth Climate Coalition’s delegation to the UN climate change negotiations in Durban, South Africa this December.
